Individual therapy is a rare thing — an hour that belongs completely to you. No roles to play, no one else's needs to manage. Just you, your inner world, and the space to explore it with someone who is fully present and genuinely curious about who you are.
I work with adults facing a wide range of experiences — from the acute and urgent to the slow-burning and hard to name.
The particular anxieties of modern life, worry that won't quiet, thoughts that loop. We look at what's underneath and find ways to relate to it differently.
When the flatness sets in, or motivation disappears, or life stops feeling like yours. Therapy offers a way back to yourself — gradually and without pressure.
Who am I, really? What do I want? Therapy can be a space to slow down and actually answer those questions — not perform them.
The patterns we grew up with have a way of showing up in our present lives. Understanding them — with compassion — is some of the most meaningful work there is.
Loss, endings, change — the moments that require us to let go of who we were and find out who we're becoming.
How we show up for the people we love — and how we let them show up for us. Individual therapy can profoundly shift the way we connect.
Every person is different, but here's how I tend to approach individual therapy.
We start with a brief call to talk about what brings you in and whether we seem like a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
Early sessions are about understanding your history, your patterns, and what you're hoping for. I listen more than I talk.
Weekly sessions where we go deeper — uncovering, understanding, and finding your way toward the life you want to be living.
Sessions are available at my Culver City office or via teletherapy throughout California — whichever works best for you.
I draw from a range of approaches and tailor my work to each person. No two people are the same — your therapy shouldn't be either.
Understanding how your attachment history, family of origin, and emotional patterns shape your relationships and your sense of self.
Drawing from CBT and ACT, we look at the thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck — not just to challenge them, but to relate to them differently, with more flexibility and self-compassion.
Exploring the deeper why behind how you feel and move through the world, with curiosity rather than judgment.
Recognizing that many of the ways we protect ourselves once made perfect sense. We work at a pace that feels safe, with care for how your history lives in you.
I'm available to set up a time to connect. Reach out by email or text to discuss your situation.
