For almost two decades, I've worked with adults and couples seeking better relationships — with others, and with themselves. I believe therapy is about more than solving problems; it's about knowing yourself more deeply and feeling better in your life. I offer in-person therapy at my Culver City office, and teletherapy for clients throughout California.
Whether you're working through something on your own or navigating challenges as a couple, I provide experienced consultation to do that work.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions — as well as the quieter, harder-to-name struggles that accumulate over time. Family of origin patterns, questions of identity, the weight of parenting, the particular anxieties of modern life, obsessive thinking — these are the kinds of things we can explore together, at whatever depth feels right.
For partners at every age and stage — whether you're newly together, navigating a rough patch, or decades in and ready to go deeper. Sometimes things between people can feel out of control or beyond repair. Having a grounded, steady place to feel heard can de-escalate conflict, interrupt negative patterns, and help define and guide the co-creation of the relationship you want. I welcome relationships of all kinds.
Not sure if we're a fit? I offer a complimentary phone or video call so you can ask questions and get a sense of how I work before committing.
I offer in-person sessions at my Culver City office — there's something about sharing a room that many clients find grounding and meaningful. For those who prefer the ease and flexibility of virtual, teletherapy is a genuinely good option too. Many clients do both, coming in when they can and connecting remotely when life gets in the way. What matters most is that you show up consistently — the format is yours to choose.
A welcoming space designed for comfort and conversation — located in Culver City.
I draw from a range of approaches and tailor my work to each person and couple. No two people are the same — your therapy shouldn't be either.
Understanding how your attachment history, family of origin, and emotional patterns shape your relationships and your sense of self — and finding new ways to connect with others and with yourself.
Drawing from CBT and ACT, we look at the thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck — not just to challenge them, but to relate to them differently, with more flexibility and self-compassion.
Exploring the deeper why behind how you feel and move through the world, with curiosity rather than judgment.
Recognizing that many of the ways we protect ourselves once made perfect sense. We work at a pace that feels safe, with care for how your history lives in you.
I'm available to set up a time to connect. Reach out by email or text to discuss your situation.
