Caitlin Tonda, MFT
About Me
I am a psychotherapist licensed by the state of California as an MFT, marriage and family therapist.  I received my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2008. I worked for three years at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills where I was trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and received  two years of specialized training in the Mindful Parenting Program.  In my private practice I work with adolescents, adult individuals, and couples.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety and relationship conflict. I have a great deal of experience helping people navigate stress, break-ups and divorce, family issues, parenting, pregnancy, infertility, perinatal experiences (including post-partum depression), and many other areas related to personal growth.  I work with couples from an emotion focused approach.
Please call me to inquire more about my experience and approach. I speak with all potential clients before setting an initial meeting.  I charge for the first session only if we find we are a good match, and you decide to move forward with me.
